Quick tutorial.
Grab some q-tips, toothpicks, paper towels, and scotch tape. Find a dish or cup you don't mind dirtying up.
- fill the dish with filtered room temperature water
- paint white base coat and let dry
- tape around nails to keep polish off skin
- with the colors you selected take turns dropping polish into the water
- make as many rings as you'd like then take a toothpick and draw a design
- take your nail parallel to water surface and quickly put it in the water
- leaving your finger in the water, grab a qtip to clean up excess nail polish around finger
- take finger out being careful to not hit side of dish
And wa-la. Just a little clean up and you're nails will be looking awesome.
