I've never used the contour brush to apply this foundation but try and see if it'll work! and yes this foundation is long wearing. I wear it for up to 10 hours a day.

I've never tried the elf brush but I have heard really good things about it when applying foundation. It's really cheap so I say it can't hurt to pick it up and try it out! :)
