What To Pack For Vacation?

So I'm going on a week long vacation this weekend (sort of like a late spring break) we are staying on the beach but we'll also be going on a boat, shopping and visiting some local stores in the city as well. technically I can take as much a I want cause we are not flying, but I'm trying to pack light (makeup wise) so I can take a ton of outfit options. I'm wondering what makeup to take... for sure bb cream (its quick and easy), primer, concealer, mascara, neutral eyeshadow palette (probably elf little black beauty book cause its small but has a ton of color options), brow pencil, baby lips, covergirl jumbo gloss balms, and maybe black or brown pencil eyeliner. am I missing anything? am I taking too much? I need help :/

If you're going to be in the water and sun a lot I would pack just mascara and eyeliner (waterproof). Everything else would just come off.

I don't wear makeup at the beach/pool. ill only be wearing makeup when I go out to eat, shopping, seeing the city, etc.
