So I need some advice to give to my friend about her eyebrows!! I've never done anything to my eyebrows as they are naturally a good shape and neat so I have no advice!! Help??

Pluck any excess hairs, line in white eyeliner pencil around your brow how you want them shaped. Use an eyebrow pencil, (to match your hair or a little lighter) and fill them in in short strokes going towards the way the hair grows. Try using some light concealer to clean lt up when your done. Practice makes perfect <3.
