I've had a lot of experience wearing too short of dresses and trust me you'd be much better off if it were just like an inch longer! More comfortable for you (so that you don't have to worry about it coming up) and people won't automatically be drawn to the length of it when they see you!

I like the dress and heels, but if you don't feel confident go with shorter shoes so your legs don't seem SO endless and making your dress seem a little longer! Cute though!

If the dress is shorter than where your hands fall naturally on your legs, its too short. let your arms fall to your sides and where your fingers sit is about the limit.
