You should wear a bright red or dark red lip with a champagne colored eye, or really any colors from the urban decay makeup pallet would be gorgeous with this dress.

I agree with Lindsay. I would go neutral on the eyes and go with a bold lip :)

Or you could do the complete opposite. You could do a really dramatic smokey eye, and some nude lips! :)
