Whenever I use my O.P.I top coat, the nail polish underneath just peels right off!! Why is it like this?!?! Comments are appreciated!! ðŸ˜„

Maybe it's just the nail varnish underneath or that the nail varnish isn't fully dry

It's always dry and I use O.P.I underneath also so I thought that they would work well together.
