You can use moisturiser, but a face primer I recommend is the bare minerals prime time. It's really moisturising and the bare minerals products are really good for the skin:)

You don't need a primer with dry skin! you need primer with oily skin so your makeup doesn't move (with the oil on your face) so.. :)
