Substitute For White Eye Liner.

I've used white eyeliner on my bottom tear line to make my eyes look bigger. I love the idea and it does work, but after a few hours it smears and also tends to look a bit too harsh. does anyone have any recommendations??

When you use the eyeliner just take some white eye shadow and go over it to seal it and it makes it last long

Jessica I haven't had a prob yet with rimmel scandaleyes smearing, at least the water proof ones and this ones I believe is too..

Do you ladies know what the HE nude liner is? I think it's specifically for the waterline with some cutesy name..I've been trying to think of it for days! Pretty sure they sell it at sephora but I haven't the slightest idea who makes it :(
