Fill in the ends of your brows lightly with powder or a pencil , just enough to reach the end of your eye.

I agree with jessica , & light pinks , greens & blues would look fabulous with your skin tone , add a little gold to make it really pop. & a pale pink lip will really top off the look. good luck! :)
