Where can I get a drugstore natural/make pallete from? From boots and SuperDrug? Which is the best one?

NYX is an all around great brand if you can get it. They're professional quality (or near enough lol) at drugstore prices. They have lots of good palettes.

You said superdrug, so I'm assuming you can get MUA's undressed Pallette fairly easily , it's totally worth it, very pigmented and easy to use.

I don't know what boots and super drug are but if they have Maybelline, I like the Chai latte quad...and Loreal makes good neutral quads...I think there's one with "neutral" in it's name and that's like the updated version of Earthscapes which is the quad that got reformulated so it's more shimmery now.
