I personally think just a lighter brown would look good for you! But if blond is what you want then go for it!

I can't do a whole hair color all over my head but should I do both blonde and light brown highlights.

I think you should stick with brown, it's gorgeous the way it is! Plus, blonde would make your face look very red. Your hair is so pretty!
