When should I use bronzer instead of blush? Because I'm getting darker and I don't know if I should use it instead or even what brand to get or anything. What bronzers and blushes look good with tan skin?

I would buy some blushes from Nyx (cherryculture.com) some of there blushes can be used as a bronzer.. You can wear bronzer and blush together, but since you've got tan skin I would use a darker bronzer for countour than a blush to add colour and warmth, good luck! :) Ps: Google swatches :)

Thanks that's what I want a matte:)

NYX has some really great blushes, as well as matte bronzers, illuminating bronzers-and illuminating creams to give you a sunkissed glow as well. Also I'm in love with the blush/bronzer from hard candy called pin up, it's a mix of both blush bronzer and a highlight its very pretty- another good bronzer from hardcandy is the instant bronzing lotion (not the self tanner, this one will wash off) it's called glow all the way, it's infused with 24karat gold (or so it says lol) so it has a nice shimmer/glow to it, and I use this all over my arms, legs, and chest in the summer to give me a gorgeous sun kissed glow(also if you do end up picking this up, I would suggest you use a makeup setting spray or an aerosol hairspray over it when it's dried to make sure it's set on your skin& won't transfer onto clothes or anything else, although I've never had it transfer at all after it's dried but just to be on the safe side). I live in florida, so I use bronzer daily to add color/warmth to my skin and to contour with, my favorite everyday products are E.L.F's blush/bronzer contour kit in st. lucia- there are also other colors that just came out that are really pretty- but this is an excact dupe of nars laguna and orgasm- it's amazing, esp for $3 price tag & the color pay off is really dark. I also really love to use covergirl's trublend mineral bronzer in 435 golden sunrise- this bronzer is very shimmery so I use it lightly only on my cheekbones and chest/neck to highlight and add depth and that glowy summery look, I absolutely love this bronzer! They also have one without any shimmer in it, and I love that one too, but just use a different mineralized bronzer I like better instead. And that is by E.l.f mineral glow in bronzed, this is the perfect color to contour with- it's not too dark, it blends out well, and doesn't have any shimmer in it (and using a bronzer with shimmer on your forehead or too much on your face can make you look greasy/sweaty or just gross, really lol) Also a quick tip, instead of using a "bronzer" (because sometimes they can be too orange, shimmery, dark, etc- and depending on how tan you are, this might be your best option because some bronzers might be too light on you, esp since you're looking for a matte bronzer!) so, instead try using a darker shade pressed powder to contour/bronze with, you can also do this with liquid foundaiton as well- but typically a shade 3-4 darker than your foundation/skin will be dark enough, although if you're using it as a bronzer or want a stronger contour you can just pick out a pretty shade you like. For this I would deff recommend using Loreal's Tru Match powders have an amazing shade selection and great coverage/ as well as they last on skin all day. Rimmel has some good matte bronzers, but they're not too dark- wet and wild has some really great iluminating bronzers with the shimmer strips of different shades of bronze, and those are really dark but also have shimmer in them too so would be best just for your cheek bones and to highlight over your face! I hope that gave you a lot of different options to look into/choose the best one for you, hope it helped! xoxo.

Sorry my posts are always so darn long!
