Or if It's just a regular pimple, pop it and get the puss out of it, then wash your face.

Oh, then try putting honey on it, and neosporin overnight to reduce scarring.

I've had one of those but smaller and I got a razor and made a small cut in it and drained it then put a lot of neosporin on it.

Don't try to pop those!! My pimples are 90% cystic and those are the ones that are swollen with no whitehead or blackhead so don't try to pop it! It will make it more swollen, red, or painful. And don't try to use a razor and cut open a pimple. That is so unsanitary and nothing will come out of the pimple.

Well, I steamed it and it came to a head and I got scared to pop it but I went to the mirror to look at it and I lightly poked it and a lot of gunk came out! So happy now the swelling is down.

I mix water and baking soda so it gets like pasty and then put a little bit ontop and wait untill it dries up and then I wash it off :) it works really good :D

I know it sounds strange, but put a little bit of Vicks Vapor Rub on your pimple when you go to sleep. It'll reduce in size the next morning. If it's still large, you can put on some on during the day with a clean, makeup free face.
It's the only thing that helps with my cystic pimples, but it will feel tingly for a few minutes. If it burns your face, wash it off immediately.
