Apply you nail varnish as normal then hover your nails over boiling water, not to close or you'll burn yourself. Let your nails catch the steam wait a few seconds and pull away! Leave your nails to dry and they hopefully stay matte :)

Yaa this works! It's so cool. I use NYC $1 matte top coat bc I'm too lazy to boil water lol. :)
