Help on short hairstyles.

I have had short hair for about a year now and I'm dying for it to grow out! I don't know too many hairstyles that I can do with no heat. Almost flat ironing my hair everyday isn't healthy and it has caused me damage. My hair is cut the shortest in the back but flourishing in the front! All I'm asking is hairstyle ideas that is low manipulation for my hair.

Lol that's what I've been doing for the past few days I'm just really bummed on the back.
