Kat Von D foundation works really well for all skin types. I have it and it's amazing! They sell it at Sephora :)

If you really do have severe acne like I did I think you should consider talkig to your dermatologist about taking accutane.

To be honest I suffered so much this past year with acne and I completely understand where you are coming from. I started out my sophomore year with terrible acne and I went to my dermatologist who prescribed me to doxycyline and it made my skin beautiful and so flawless, so the rest of my sophomore year was pretty good untill my acne came back towards the end if the school year and so I went back to my dermatologist who prescribe me to a different antibiotic called soloyn which hasn't worked so far and I am currently taking it. I went back and she finally gave me the option to take accutane which is a cute to acne and WILL get rid of it. So now I'm in the process of taking it and ill be going into my junior year. If I were you I would defenitly go talk to my dermatologist, as bad as your skin is now it WILL get better it just takes a lot of patience. It does suck and it has brought my confidence so low but I know in just a shorts couple months my skin will be amazing, so talk to your parents about seeing a dermatologist you won't regret it. :)

By the way the foundation I use right now is revlon 24 hour colorstay whipped, it great coverage and fantastic with oily skin (which I also have) but it keeps it under control very well. Just make sure not to sleep with it on, it clogs your pores over night like crazy! Goodluck with everything. :)

Ask your dermatologist for aczone gel!! And use African black soap. It's really cheap, I got mine off iHerb.com for like 5 bucks! It's helped me out a lot.

Definitely see a dermatologist. I go and take doxycycline (antibiotic), sulfacetamide (sulfur face wash) & the spot treatments tazorac & aczone. I have EXTREMELY oily skin in addition to some dryness. I use Cetaphil moisturizer for oily skin. It helps a little. I really think skincare is very important, but it's also about finding the right products and foundation routine. I'm currently trying to perfect my foundation before school starts. I highly recommend going to the Clinique counter and asking for some advice. They have foundation for every type of skin. The ladies there will really help you. I understand what you're going through! Whenever you feel self conscious, just focus on your eye makeup. Best of luck dear <3.
