Since my hair is quite damaged and really really sensitive I stopped blow drying it. Usually I shower before I go to sleep, but I know that wet hair is even more sensitive than dry hair, so how can I protect my hair when I Don't want to blow dry my hair and rather want them to get dry while I sleep??
Help meee! :D

Why don't you put it in pleats so it doesn't get in knots while you sleep? Then when you wake up you have lovely waves and you could put some oil in it to help it more, so there's j.

So there's no heat applied in styling either*

1)Use heat defence spray before you blow dry it so your hair won't get damaged.
2) Shower in the morning and keep your hair wrapped in a towel while it dries
Just don't sleep with wet hair because it can tangle more easily and get more damaged and sensitive while you pull a brush through it

Thank you so much for your help! I'd rather try pleats since I Don't have so much time in the morning to wait for my hair to get dry :/

When I go to sleep with wet hair, it ends up really frizzy and tangled when I wake up. maybe that's coz I'm not a behaved sleeper. but you can always do those overnight heatless waves / heatless straightening using head wrap. they're on youtube. most often they're done with damp hair. good luck!

Don't wash it before you go to bed because it damages the hair (something about that friction between the hair and the pillow when the hair is wet)

Switching to a satin or silk pillow case will help your hair not rub roughly against it and is also good for your skin :) braids or a silk scarf are probably a good route

French tail braids. You'll wake up with beach-looking waves.

I wouldn't sleep with it sopping wet, but damp is ok. It's better to braid it or put it up in a soft scrunchie if you do :)

Also try seeing about showering maybe up to two hours before bed. then you can just airdry then out in loose braid.

You can put it in a pillowcase, wrap the pillowcase around your hair (be careful not to wrap your hair with it), and pile it on your head and secure it with an elastic. If you have wavy hair it brings out the waves really well. And if you DO have wavy/curly hair use CONDITIONER!! Lots :)
