Use the glue and glue them on. Then you can paint them or use acrylic powder.

First try the fake nails on your own nails without glue and try to find the right sizes. Then put some glue on the fake nail, then on your own nail and press them on your own nail. You can remove excess glue with some cotton buds. Make sure you don't spill any glue because it dries very quickly and is very strong!
Afterwards you can put on nailpolish
