Ok you caught me. It's not really an emergency but please still help. I know I already posted it but only 3 ppl responded so I wanted to make sure it was the right decision. Should I cut my hair. This is now.

Not that short, no. But yes you should cut it. If I were you, I would cut it to a length just past the collar bone and have layers to frame your face put in.
