Hey ladies, everytime I wear black eyeliner under my eyes, it runs and makes me look like a raccoon lol... any suggestions of eyeliner that don't run? thanks!

For a cheapy try avon glimmersticks. ( they arent sparkly just the name but you can get a sparkly version too) it lasts all day. better than the maxfactor and Revlon ones I've tried.

That happens to me so I just stopped wearing black liner on my bottom so now I just wear liquid winged eyeliner on the top.

Any waterproof liner, gel would work you apply eye primer to your lash line to help create a barrier then after the liner ad some powder eye shadow that matches to help set it :-)
