Blonde hair without bleach?

Hey guys! So I realllly want to lighten my hair! I'm already a blonde but I'm more of a medium blonde with orange tones in my hair but I really want to go to a more white tone!

in the picture attached my hair color is the top two and the color I want is the bottom two!

I was wondering if I were to use a really light blonde hair dye with 30 VOL peroxide and maybe use a toner and purple shampoo would that tone my hair to a more white shade? I really do NOT want to use bleach. I have naturally black hair and to go blonde all I did was dye my hair each month with peroxide and dye, it took me 9 months and I don't want to damage my hair after all of that! What toner would be best to cancel out the orange shades in my hair and make them more pale?Thanks!

Use milk whil your washing your hair and camomil shampoo and tea on a daily baisis before going to the sun. Also, there are condicioners that help being out natural highlights of the hair!
