Not if you do it properly. My friend is blond, dyed her hair brown, and then dyed it blonde again. It turned out greenish.

Only if its bleached because your taking out the red in your hair and brow is green and red is how brown is made so if their is no red In the hair in the first place your hair will turn green if its natural blonde don't worry about it and use a demi color if going darker because it grows out better without a harsh line and can easily come out compaired to permanent
