I haven been able to stop biting my nails. I hate people seein my hands so I always hide them. How do I stop.

I have a cousin that bites her nails and she wanted to stop.. So she would rub pepper over her fingers so when she would attempt to bite them she would remember or feel the pepper lol

Sally Hanson has a clear nail polish that helps nail growth but also tastes really really bad! I have the same problem.

There is a product ( I forgot...) that you put on your nails and when you attempt to bite em it taste disgusting and leaves a bad after taste. My friend has the same problem.
