I untangle hair first so it's easier to apply. Mash up an avocado add an egg and olive oil then massage into hair in sections to make sure it gets even coverage. Put on a shower cap and wait 30-60 mins. Rinse out well then shampoo/conditioner.

Pretty much what angel said except I use avocado. Honey works well too. I've tried it before but avocado is what does it for me:)

You can do a fenugreek and coconut oil treatment--it helps to stop hair fall out and makes your hair shiny, it leaves a curry kind of smell (I personally don't mind)
