Hi everyone! I was just wondering if anyone had some tips for me. I want my hair longer but it doesn't feel like it is growing. Any tips on how to grow it out kind of fast?

Do not trim your ends once a month. That will just maintain your hair the same length it is now. Multivitamins, lots of water, and oils like coconut work. Don't wash your hair everyday. I wash mine every other day or every 2 days. Don't use heat stylers frequently. That will keep your hair healthy and prevent breakage. That's all I can think of for now. Best luck!

I recently read on the editorial section an article titled Hair FAQS Answered that said prenatal vitamins speed up hair growth. It said it's strongly suggested to ask your doctor first before taking them. It also suggests trimming your ends at least every 6 weeks because that's when your ends start to dry up. For more read the article here on Beautylish:)
