I was tryna tone my tummy last wk I got away from work one day on time and I got dizzy on the treadmill. I just do a power walk to warm-up for weights n toning but I can't work out for awhile. I'm too far under my safety weight. I lost another 3lbs since Friday. I just checked a few mins ago.

its all good tho. I'm in very good spirits even when crazy stuff happens.
work is nuts but I make sure I eat lunch n a snack and I've started eating breakfast buty weight is still falling off..
