Imma give this very akward tip , at least I used to do it. Before you go to sleep put some lip gloss (one that you think plumps up your lips) and while you are laying in bed and havent slept yet try to keep the lips kinda duckface haha or just keep the lips a little open and eventually you"ll get used and you will realise your lips are plumpy and bigger. Lol I know its funny but don't forget the lip gloss before :D.

Use a lip liner just outside of your natural lip line. Not too far, it still should be in contact with the edge of your lips, but go slightly over. And then apply your lipstick followed by a light coloured gloss in the centre of your bottom lip. Also highlight your Cupid's bow with a highlighter or shimmery eyeshadow. I also use my contour product underneath my bottom lip to make it look more pouty (if that doesn't make much sense you can see me doing it in my highlighting and contouring video on my profile). If you're pushed for time there's also something quick you can do... Where the 2 highest points of your Cupid's bow are, instead of dipping down between them with your lip liner or lipstick like you normally would, go straight across and connect the 2 in a straight line... I dunno if that makes sense either haha but I hope that helped :)
