I accidentally cut my hair too much and the ends are very hard and frizzy :( what help make them grow back?

They can't. your hair doesn't grow from the ends. it grows from the roots. so the ends are going to stay frizzy.

You can try a hair treatment or it works okay but you can try dry shampoo if you can't find anything else it's not the best but it will work.

You could try an Indian technique; create a mixture of olive oil, honey and egg, massage into your hair and then wrap your hair in cling film. Let it sit for about half an hour and then wash it all out.

Once your hair is damaged, yo can't repair it. Its dead, so any damage to it is going to remain. You can use at home hair masks to keep it from getting any worse tho and take some biotin vitamins to make your hair grow faster. also massage your scalp before bed every night. it will stimulate your roots and make your hair grow so much faster.
