After I get out of the shower and brush my hair with a wide tooth comb strands of my hair are on the comb.
I deep condition, but help! How can I stop this?
I don't want to become bald.

It's normal for some hairs to come out. I shed like a dog but my hair is still thick. Don't worry about it.

My hair falls a LOT when I shower, and there's a few things I changed that helped. First, I started using about half the amount of conditioner I used to use, (I have long hair and I wouldn't say it's thick) I used to pretty much fill the palm of my hand with conditioner. Second, I used to take super hot showers, now I use pretty much warm water to shower and rinse my hair with cold water after conditioner ( I flip my head down and run it under the cold water to avoid at all cost that the cold water touches my body LOL). My hair loss was mainly in the shower and even tough it is normal, I felt like it was too much! Hope this helps!
