Use a angle brush! Look at beababeauty.com. There is a post called "delineando de forma facil". You will not understand the language (portuguese) but there is a video tutorial showing how to.

I agree...use a liner brush and go with deep tones but not black. I nice medium tone plum or purple works really well on brown eyes. 😄

Just draw your eyeliner on thin (use a thinner brush) and draw attention to somewhere else :) Do a bold lip and that will draw attention away from your eyes
