I'm taking my senior portraits Saturday and for each outfit I want to do something different with my makeup.
What are some changes that I can make to my makeup, that don't require me to wipe it off completely or take along time, but still shows an obvious difference from look to look.

You could add eye liner on your water line, you could change from a neutral lipstick to a red...

Instead of wiping off consider layering on as each photo is taken.
Start off neutral- top liner, mascara, foundation, highlighter, blush, peach lipstick or light pink gloss.
Then add on a winged liner. It'll only take a few seconds. Blot off the existing lip colour, Apply a darker lip gloss or lipstick on top.
Then maybe try to add eyeliner to your waterline, and a touch of black or brown eyeshadow patted on and blended into the crease. It doesn't take long but will amp up the look.

The easiest and the quickest thing to change is your lip and eyeshadow.

Here are some tips for makeup in general
Primer: don't wear a primer, you want your face products to sink into your skin not sit on top!
Foundation: find something the same shade as your neck, colour differences are really obvious in pictures, also find a foundation with low or no SPF as it may give you a white cast.
Concealer: only apply on the spots you need, don't go outside of that, or it'll bring attention to your spot you're hiding
Blush: blush makes you look natural instead of just having one colour, use a cream or liquid blush under your powder to get the look without the powdery effect
Powder: don't use translucent powder because it'll give off that white cast, instead opt for one in your shade and only apply on your oily spots and wherever you applied concealer
Bronzer; I do recommend contouring at least a little bit, sometimes flash may eliminate your natural contours and make your face look flat and unflattering. Use a cool toned brown to recreate shadows.
Brows: I recommend doing your brows last so you don't get powder or other products on them, this may give them an ashy look.
Eyeshadow: try and keep it neutral with a matte dark brown in the crease for definition, and try a sparkly champagne on the lid to draw light to your eyes, then add a highlight below the brow and on the inner corner.
Lips: I don't recommend doing anything with an orange or yellow undertone, stick to blue undertones or neutral colours as warmer colours may change the lighting in a picture and make you look orange
Some things that are easy to alter are, the shape of your eyeliner (from simple to winged to double etc) regarding pencil liner I don't recommend using dark colours in the water line as it may make your eyes appear tired or closed
Another easy change is adding a pop of colour into your eyes, blend some blue or anything into the crease, it takes seconds!
Also, lip colour is very easy to wipe off and apply to bring multiple with you

Keep it natural looking but make sure everything is matte.
