Vichy LiftActiv Serum. It's not a cream but a few drops gently patted onto the lids, undereyes and lashes make a difference. My mum uses it and her lashes have grown, dark circles have been reduced a little, nothing major, but I find it makes the skin look smoother and give more of a youthful glow.
