I woke up this morning with this on my neck I don't know what it is. if anyone has seen or herd of it please tell me. My doc. appointment is tomorrow but I'm really scared of what it is

It could be the way you laid on your neck and your head was down which mad a line from rolls by putting your neck on your chest.

Its like brown spot not redness its still there from this morning never had it before.
