My skin tone is medium and I have a really dark circles. What is the best way to cover it? When to use concealer and when to use a corrector? And can I use them both?

I would use the Estee Lauder Double Wear concealer, it has a very high coverage but still looks natural and light-reflecting!

You can use both but have to be careful that it won't crease! If you're okay to use both I'd recommend Bobbi Brown Corrector and then a brightening concealer on top, like Loreal Lumi Maguiqe. If you're in the UK, 17's stay time does both in one and it's brilliant!
Hope this helps :)
