I. have really small eyes too its so annoying :-( there's loads of tutorials on YouTube though that show make up techniques to make them stand out or appear bigger :-)

I did eveything! trust me! I watched the total of 348 tutorials but all I need is brown shadows with liner and stuff.

Try doing wing eyeliner like this #1.

Or use a white liner in the corner of the eye #2 which gives the allusion of a more bright and bigger eye plus look at the way the liner is done.

I have small eyes too just put white eyeliner in the inner corners of your eyes and black eyeliner in the outer corners of the eye and use mascara.
