I have short hair and i hate it! Any tips how to get longer hair?

i heard biotin helps promote hair and nail growth, coocnut oil also for mutiple uses, getting trims regularly( but as you get older your also changes) try not to apply heat so much to your hair for a while or dying it..really worked for me. also i use a detangeler for my hair when i come out the shower and a leave in conditioner by neutrogena triple moisture and i use john freeda frize ease as the detangeler love it!!!. i also dont really use products in my hair like mouse or gel on a daily basis unless its like me going out or an occasion but msot times you wont find it in my hair. when was the last time you cut your hair?

Every one tells me to use cocunut oil but i dont knos where to get it and i got my hair cut two mounths ago and thanks for the tips!
