Yes, as long as you use a base coat then apply the colour you should be fine.

Yes, if it contains formeldahyde! Luckily nail polish companies are slowly removing the substance from polishes, just keep a look out (I'm addicted to doing my nails and trust me, its easier to find polishes without formaldahyde)

There are some harmful ingredients in nailpolish including Formaldehyde, Toulene, DBP (dibutyl phthalate), Formaldehyde Resin, and Camphor. There are many brands out there that are Formaldehyde and Toulene free and RGB is free of all five of those ingredients. I am unfamiliar with the exact ingredients in the Inglot polishes, but I do know that your nails are able to "breathe" when wearing it and it contains less harsh ingredients.

Nail polish does dangerous your nails dark colors make your nails grow but as long as you put a clear coat on before the color polish your nails won't get as damge.
