It depends the coverage you want if you want something full coverage then I suggest the revlon colorstay foundation for oily skin but if you want something much lighter with medium coverage then I suggest the Garnier bb cream

Whatever foundation you use, use Milk of Magnesia as a primer. It's incredible! It's helped clear my skin and helped me stay matte all day. It even helps the stay power of my normal makeup! It's my holy grail secret primer. You can get it at any drugstore in the medicine section. I apply it with either my fingers or a cotton ball.
NYX and urban decay have great matte setting sprays I would also recommend. Good luck! You'll find something do you xx
