Just apply it all over your face with a cotton pad and let it dry, might take a few mins, once you see a white residue and get the matte dry feeling, you can either just take a wet cotton pad and clean off the white residue or do it without a wet cotton pad, either ways when you wipe, it goes away, from here just moisturise and go on with
your makeup routine.

I have oily and acne prone skin, although it didnt break me out, it didnt help with the oil control either, but most women find it effective :/
