Hairstyles for prom/debs?

I have 2 debs to go to in the next 2 weeks and I have absolutely no idea how I want to style my hair. I have below shoulder length blonde hair with a fringe, and I was thinking an updo or half up half down, but I really don't know what to do with it! Anyone have any ideas I could try?
