I won't cause it could change the formula of the dye!! Which will be bad if it change the colour o_o.

With any semi permanent, you can. Just don't use it with permanent color. I mixed it with my beyond the zone turquoise and it came out really well. It's just a milky color to help lighten the tone of the original color. Used best with manic panic, of course, but you can use it.
