Well for this look you would have to have long hair. On her they most likely used a wand for this look, about and inch to inch and a half thick. :)

They both have extensions but to achieve the look you can:
-curl your hair with a curling wand or wrap it around the curling iron in medium sections
-let it cool. Don't touch it for 5 mins.
-To get that volume: flip your hair over, run your fingers through it from the nape, hairspray it if needed, flip your hair back over.

A layered haircut would help but I personally can do that look with my one length haircut and extensions. A curling wand, a layered haircut, extensions if needed, and for volume I like "bigsexyhair: what a tease backcomb in a bottle" It gives you the lift without having to actually tease your hair. Just keep in mind no matter what your hair will never look exactly like someone else's.
