Can I mix a permanent hair color with ion semi permanent shade diluter?

Yes you can I've done 7ir from ion with the semi permanent red from ion and it works but I used it to boost the red :)

I would do a test strand it shouldn't mess it up. my friend usually adds conditioner to her color to make it pastel but just do a test strand first hun it shouldn't mess it up.
