Best way to go from dark brown to light red hair?

There's a way of dying it naturally. I knew the recipe but now I forgot
:( it's like beet and the red layer of the onion... Or something I don't remember.

Go to a salon and they can do it. If you love red do henna. But if you plan on changing your hair frequently don't do henna, it seals the cuticle and has to be cut out. Colour or bleach won't remove it.
