So I took the plunge and purchased BB corrector and concealer. I almost decided against it because when I was matched for the corrector and concealer I did not like the way to looked on me after about 20 minutes. The lady really layered it on big time and it creased and looked SUPER heavy. I was going to get NARS radiant concealer but of course Sephora was out of the shade I needed...So back to the BB counter I went. I just desperately need to hide the blue/purple bags. I always look so tired. Anyway, today I used the corrector in Light Bisque and then put the Sand concealer over it with the powder. I don't know if I didn't apply it correctly or what, but I'm still not too thrilled. I'm trying to be patient lol. Does anyone have an experience with this set? How do you apply it and what brushes do you use? My skin has such pink undertones so I feel like the concealer is too yellow...

I am light bisque also. I use my finger and tap on both sides. I wonder if there is a dupe for her corrector.

Shannon do you use the powder too? How do you apply it? I've watched some YouTube videos saying to use both the corrector and concealer- that you can't just use the corrector.
Susan- I'm not sure if there is a dupe. This is the only corrector I've ever tried. I'm going to try to use if for the next few days to see if I can figure out application and if it works. I'm so frustrated with trying to find a concealer!

I use both her corrector and concealer plus the setting powder from Bobbi. My experience has been if you are not applying a moisturizing eye cream to fill out those pesky fine lines then expect product to settle in those lines. Also a little goes a looonnngg way. You don't need a lot of coverup...use too much and of course you're going to get that cakey look. What I use is a concealer brush to apply the corrector. I pat it down with my ring or pinky finger then I flip over the concealer brush and apply the concealer. Using the same pat,pat motion. Then I go in with a fan brush and apply a light dusting of the setting powder that is a part of the concealer duo. Two swipes under both eyes. And if you see it under your eyes just standing in front of the mirror then you applied too much. I would also go to another Bobbi Brown counter and get a second opinion about the color match. Mistaked do happen.

Shelley- thanks for the info!! What concealer brush do you use? Also what eye cream do you use?

@Vanessa...my concealer brush is from MAC and my daytime eye cream is a mix of grapeseed oil & Bobbi Brown's Extra Eye Repair Cream. Its a bit steep but any cream based eye cream should be just fine. For some reason I found that gel based eye creams don't allow corrector/concealer to adhere well.
