Whenever I color my hair right after I out the color on I use a make up removing wipe or even a baby wipe to get the dye off the skin on my face ears neck etc. That usually helps but as far as the scalp you might just have to wait it out until it fades.. should only take a few days.

Petroleum jelly I heard works. Whenever that happened to me though I would usually just wait it out :p.

They sell haircolor remover wipes for skin at Sally's but I have found Noxzema acne pads work better for some odd reason. They even worked on my bathroom counters and such. Scalp there isn't much you can do though. You can scrub your scalp really well or wait it out.
