Get a strong base coat and top coat they make several that mimic the strength of a acrylics or gel nails and cuticle oil often is said to help.

Garlic on nails... soak in olive oil warm for 15 mins... tap on table as if playin piano to inc blood circulation.. wear gloves wen goin 2 sleeep.

Peel an orange with your fingers, especially if they have no nail polish on them, the juice in the orange and peel help make nails stronger. :) You could also rub the inside of an orange peel on your nails.
