I'm not sure but I don't think it will work well it will just make the powder go clumpy but if you want a foundation with a dewy look get Rimmel London wake me up foundation xxxx

I have actually tried using a damp sponge on pressed powder. The body shop suggested it to me. It actually gave me lots of coverage, it lasted longer than my foundation - I didn't wear foundation with it. If you have a cheap pressed powder you should try it. It's so quick and once it dries that's it. And it does feel really light on the skin x
