So. When I woke up this morning, my right eye was so swollen. My left eye was just a little swollen. I didn't know what to do so I just put ice in a ziplock bag and wrapped a towel around it and put it top of my closed eyes for like 30 minutes. It didnt really work that much. But it did make them less swollen a little. I do wear contacts and I did take them off last night. Could it be the make up I'm using. I did get a little bit of mascara on my right contact a couple days ago. But I cleaned it. I switched to a new pair this morning. If it is because of the eye make up I'm using, what eye make up is safe for contact lense wearers? I currently use Mega Plush by Maybelline in waterproof. And maybellines gel eyeliner. Hope this wasn't too confusing! Thanks :)

Did you take off your contacts right when you went to bed or an hour or so before? sometimes I don't let my eyes air out enough or something and they get all irritated.

Thanks :) and @Sofie yea I took them off early yesterday because one of them fell out. Sometimes I forget I have them on and will rub my eyes. So when I did it fell out so I threw them away because it got ruined.

When I actively wore contacts, I avoided putting any makeup on my lower lash line, and did not wear anything on the actual waterline of my eye. I used Maybelline Full N soft, and whatever eyeshadows, with eyeliner ( I can't remember which one). no problems with mine!
